Imperial Concierge is awesome! I use these guys for all my black car service needs. The drivers are very professional and the dispatch team is very informed and on top of everything.

Recently I had sent them the wrong date for my flight on one of my bookings and the team caught the mistake and we were able to sort it out. Thank God for that because I would have missed my flight. Their SUV's are in great condition and always stocked with water, tissues, and mints. The chauffeurs always arrive 10-15 mins before my pick-ups and send me a text. I also get the driver details well in advance which is nice.

I’ve been using services from Imperial Concierge for a while now. In my opinion, They are the epitome of consistency meeting professionalism. I have used similar services in the past, But none comes closer to imperial concierge.

The pricing is on the premium side, but you pay for what you get compared to other services We are pricing is similar, but Customer Service is not.

I want to give a shout out to the team at Imperial Concierge for the amazing service they provided me with for my daughter's sweet 16 event. I rented a Limo Sprinter for a night out in town and dinner.

The driver Jhon was awesome! The team went above and beyond and had a bouquet of flowers when the Sprinter arrived. The Limo Sprinter was beautiful inside and out!

I usually use blacklane for my corporate car service needs to and from the airport or to my meetings. But recently I haven't been so happy with their service and I found Imperial Concierge online. I am so glad I did because they are just awesome.

The level of service is consistent and they usually send me the same driver that I recommend. My driver Otgar is great and I have been requesting for most of my trips. They even have nationwide coverage so now I use them when I go out of town for work.

Imperial is a little pricier then blacklane but it is definitely worth the money. The dispatch team is very friendly and attentive. Use Imperial Concierge for all your corporate transportation needs!

Amazing people and an even better service. I don't usually leave reviews but Imperial Concierge went above and beyond for Sprinter Limo I used for my wedding. Usually transportation is the last thing on our mind but it is so important for everything to go right and I SO glad I went with these guys.

If I could give Imeprial Concierge 10 stars I would. The limo service I booked for a night out in town with my family canceled on me last minute due to maintenance issue with their vehicle.

Luckily I found the team at Imperial Concierge, they were fantastic. They were able to arrange a Cadillac Escalade for me and my family with very short notice. The driver showed up 10-15 mins early just as the Concierge specialist explained when I was booking with them. They even informed me that they offer services Nationally and in select cities in Europe as well.

Imperial Concierge provided me with an amazing chauffeur service experience. I recently used their limo Sprinter service for a night out in town. The concierge spealisit Jack was very knowledgeable and courteous. The Mercedes limo Sprinter van was immaculate and the driver was phenomenal. I recently used these guys to arrange some private pick up for our owners. We wanted to make sure everything went smooth with the car service arrangements so we didn't want to take any chances with Uber.

I found these guys online and I had a great conversation with them over the phone and they gained my trust instantly. I decided to go with them for the black car service to pick up the owners of our construction company from Teterboro airport to come to downtown Manhattan.

I am so glad I went with these guys because everything from the beginning to the end was spectacular. The owners were really impressed as well and asked if these guys service nationwide which they do. So we will be using them ONLY going forward. Highly recommended!
