Recently I had sent them the wrong date for my flight on one of my bookings and the team caught the mistake and we were able to sort it out. Thank God for that because I would have missed my flight. Their SUV's are in great condition and always stocked with water, tissues, and mints. The chauffeurs always arrive 10-15 mins before my pick-ups and send me a text. I also get the driver details well in advance which is nice.

In my opinion, They are the epitome of consistency meeting professionalism. I have used similar services in the past, But none comes closer to imperial concierge.

The pricing is on the premium side, but you pay for what you get compared to other services We are pricing is similar, but Customer Service is not.

The driver Jhon was awesome! The team went above and beyond and had a bouquet of flowers when the Sprinter arrived. The Limo Sprinter was beautiful inside and out!

But recently I haven't been so happy with their service and I found Imperial Concierge online. I am so glad I did because they are just awesome.

The level of service is consistent and they usually send me the same driver that I recommend. My driver Otgar is great and I have been requesting for most of my trips. They even have nationwide coverage so now I use them when I go out of town for work.

Imperial is a little pricier then blacklane but it is definitely worth the money. The dispatch team is very friendly and attentive. Use Imperial Concierge for all your corporate transportation needs!

I don't usually leave reviews but Imperial Concierge went above and beyond for Sprinter Limo I used for my wedding. Usually transportation is the last thing on our mind but it is so important for everything to go right and I SO glad I went with these guys.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If I could give Imeprial Concierge 10 stars I would. The limo service I booked for a night out in town with my family canceled on me last minute due to maintenance issue with their vehicle.

Luckily I found the team at Imperial Concierge, they were fantastic. They were able to arrange a Cadillac Escalade for me and my family with very short notice. The driver showed up 10-15 mins early just as the Concierge specialist explained when I was booking with them. They even informed me that they offer services Nationally and in select cities in Europe as well.
