Every vehicle goes through a thorough inspection and cleaning process before each ride. Interiors are cleaned, leather surfaces wiped, the cabin checked, and amenities stocked fresh. The vehicle is confirmed ready before the chauffeur heads to your pickup location. This preparation cycle is the same at 6 AM and 10 PM, and it applies equally to a sedan booked for a single transfer and an Escalade reserved for a full corporate day.

Professional Chauffeurs in Attire, Ready to Assist

Our chauffeurs arrive in professional attire, present themselves courteously, and assist with luggage from the moment they greet you. During the ride, they navigate efficiently, stay attentive to your preferences (temperature, music, conversation level), and maintain a discreet, professional presence throughout the trip.

Chauffeur details, including full name, phone number, photo, and vehicle model, are sent to you two to three hours before pickup. You know exactly who’s driving and what car to look for before you step outside, which is part of the comfort experience from the very start.

Child Safety Seats and Special Requests Available at Booking

Child safety seats are available for a $25 charge. Let our team know the age and size requirements at booking, and the seat will be installed and ready in your vehicle before pickup. Meet-and-greet airport service is also available for an additional $35, covering parking and terminal fees, with your chauffeur waiting inside the terminal at baggage claim with a personalized name sign on an iPad.

For special events, our team coordinates additional touches tailored to the occasion. For a recent Sweet 16 celebration, the team arranged a bouquet of flowers to be waiting inside the Sprinter when it arrived. If you have a specific comfort request or event detail you’d like coordinated, mention it at booking and our team will handle it.
