Airport Transfers
The Imperial Concierge offers a flat-rate Airport Transfer service for pickups and drop-offs at most major airports. This rate applies to direct transfers with a grace period of:
- 30 minutes for airport arrivals
- 15 minutes for trips to the airport
Our vehicles are dispatched according to flight arrival times provided by airline systems. We are not responsible for delays due to airline system errors or other unforeseen circumstances. If the grace period is exceeded, billing will revert to our prevailing hourly rate. A $20 service fee applies to all international customs flights.
“As Directed” / Hourly Rates
For non-airport travel, we offer As Directed service based on hourly rates with a two-hour minimum charge (three-hour minimum for luxury vans, mini-coaches, and motor coaches). Billing starts when the vehicle leaves our garage and ends when it returns, calculated in 30-minute increments. For estimates on travel times and rates, please contact us.
Cancellation Policy
- USA Bookings: 24-hour notice required to avoid cancellation fees.
- Europe, Central & South America: 48-hour notice required.
- Far East & Australia: 48-hour notice required.
Cancellations made outside these time frames are subject to the minimum hourly rate for the market and vehicle type. Clients must obtain a cancellation number at the time of cancellation to avoid late fees.
No-Show Charges
If you cannot locate your chauffeur, contact us immediately. Our 24/7 dispatch team will assist you.
A No-Show charge applies if:
- The client does not call before leaving the pickup location.
- The client fails to cancel the reservation, and the chauffeur is dispatched.
No-show fees are billed at the minimum rate for the vehicle type and location.
Service Rates
Rates, terms, and conditions may change without prior notice. Special event days may have adjusted rates, cancellation policies, and minimum requirements. Tolls and parking fees are additional. All rates are charged in USD at the current exchange rate.
Arrival Time
Arrival times are estimates only. Traffic, road conditions, weather, and other uncontrollable factors may impact travel times. No refunds will be issued for delays beyond our control.
Baggage & Personal Items
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All baggage and personal property are transported at the client’s own risk and subject to space availability.
Passenger Conduct
Clients must not:
- Interfere with the chauffeur’s duties.
- Tamper with any vehicle equipment.
- Engage in disruptive or threatening behavior.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who poses a safety risk.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted in our vehicles:
- Weapons (firearms, knives, explosives)
- Flammable or hazardous materials
- Pets or livestock (unless pre-approved)
- Illegal substances
Oxygen for medical use is allowed only with prior approval and at the client’s own risk.
Cleaning Fees
If excessive cleaning is required due to client negligence (spills, stains, biohazards), an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of profits or special damages.
- Any amount exceeding the fare paid for the trip in question.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service failures due to:
- Natural disasters
- National emergencies
- Acts of war or terrorism
- Labor strikes
- Transportation disruptions
- Any event beyond our control
ADA / SPAB Notice
Clients requiring an ADA-compliant or SPAB-certified vehicle must notify us in writing at the time of reservation.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, along with any additional service agreements, represent the entire contract between The Imperial Concierge and the client. If any part of this contract is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable.
Governing Law & Arbitration
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Each party covers its own arbitration costs.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if a client violates these terms, with no refund issued.
Authorization
No employee, agent, or representative is authorized to modify or waive these terms.
